Q: If I eat in the dining room, will I be able to access the pool?

A: Yes, all dining reservations will have access to the pool before or after their dining reservation inside. Tables inside will not be held outside of your dining experience. Pool access will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Do I have to make a dining reservation to access the pool?

A: No, pool only reservations for non-hotel guests can be made via the link in our website to ResortPass.

Q: I’m staying at Downright Austin, do I need a guest pass?

A: All hotel guests have full access to Swim Club.

Q: Do I have to make a reservation for Swim Club? 

A: Dining reservations are based on availability. For pool only access, passes will be sold at the door based on availability.

Q: Do you reserve lounge chairs?

A: All lounge chairs are available on first come, first served basis with priority access for hotel guests. Lounge chairs cannot be held for anyone not in the pool area.

Q: What is the age limit?

A: All non-hotel guests under 21 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Non-service animals are allowed on The Lawn only, not in the pool area or dining room.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Cover-ups and shoes must be worn inside Swim Club at all times.

Q: Do you offer parking?

A: Self-parking is complimentary for up to 6 hours for guests with pool passes or dining reservations with validation.
