Q: If I eat in the dining room, will I be able to access the pool?
A: Yes, all dining reservations will have access to the pool after their dining reservation based on capacity levels. Guests must meet the minimum spend of the cost of the pool pass or an additional fee may be added on to meet the minimum. Special days and events may be subject to additional pricing. Tables inside will not be held outside of your dining experience. Pool access will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: Do I have to make a dining reservation to access the pool?
A: No, pool only reservations for non-hotel guests can be made via the link in our website to ResortPass. This guarantees access to the pool.
Q: I’m staying at Downright Austin, do I need a guest pass?
A: All hotel guests have full access to Swim Club and will be given unique wrist bands upon check in for their stay.
Q: Do I have to make a reservation for Swim Club?
A: Limited dining reservations are available and we encourage walk in business as well. For pool only access, passes will be sold at the door based on availability.
Q: What is the age limit?
A: All non-hotel guests under 21 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Some of our ticketed party events are 21+ only.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Non-service animals are allowed on The Lawn only, not in the pool area or dining room.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: Cover-ups and shoes must be worn inside Swim Club at all times.
Q: Do you offer parking?
A: Self-parking is complimentary for up to 6 hours for guests with pool passes or dining reservations with validation through our hotel entrance. Additional parking is available at our 10th St Swim Club entrance.
Q: Do you have lockers?
A: Not at this time but they are coming soon.
Q: Do you book pool parties?
A: No, pool only reservations for non-hotel guests can be made via the link in our website to ResortPass.
